FTYD Classes

Axis - 7th & 8th Grade

This class spans the length of the school year and is designed to be a turning point in the lives of middle school students. Students will learn the 7 crucial principles of being an Authentic Jesus Follower. These principles will create a solid foundation they can stand on throughout high school and the rest of their lives. This class will be filled with interactive elements that help drive home the principles being learned and Cliff Parsons is a fun, engaging teacher who has been working with middle school students for many years now and knows who to capture their attention. Every Middle School student needs to attend this class!

Velocity - 6th - 12th Grade

Velocity is designed to take students to the next level in their spiritual walk. Using interactive fames, engaging teaching and illustrations, Jeff and Shannon will inspire your students to pursue a deeper more meaningful relationship with God. This great opportunity for students looking to discuss issues on a deeper level that our mid-week services. We consider it a must for all teens!

AJF Leadership Development - 9th - 12th Grade

High school students with a heart to both server and lead will be five the tools necessary to do that and the opportunity to use those tools. This is voluntary training and not for the faint of heart. Student leaders will be required to be in active service within the church and will be working through a challenging curriculum with some light take home work. This class is a must for students who feel called to serve in full time ministry or who see themselves as leaders of servants in the kingdom of God. Ultimately, students will work toward becoming a small group leader in our youth ministry. A Parental Commitment is required to be a part of this class.
