IntroductionOnline Sermon Series - Breaking FreeWhat's it all about?? "Lord, increase our faith." This was the request of the disciples of Jesus. They had been with Jesus as He healed people, cast out evil spirits, exercised power over nature, and even realized people from the dead. They had done some of these things themselves in His name, but He had repeatedly chastised them for their lack of faith. It is not surprising that they asked Him for help with their faith. In this study, Breaking Free, we will examine how Jesus responded to the question, and how to break free from ways of thinking that hold us back from simple faith. Each week we will look at a common assumption that can keep us from freely following the Lord and living in the liberty of His promises. During these six sessions, we will study what it means to live in God's grace and mercy, the new order of forgiveness and life that Jess proclaimed as the Kingdom of God.
