I. What is Anger?

    A. Anger has a physical component. The Hebrews words for “to be angry” mean “to snort” and “to be hot and passionate”.

    B. Anger has an emotional component. II Samuel 12:5

    C. “Anger equals physiological preparedness giving you the capacity to act in relation to whatever is wrong or has you upset.” Wes Pinkham

You can use your anger constructively. In fact, you can become the master of your own anger! While anger is an inevitable part of your life, how you use it is up to you. If you learn to take full advantage of your anger, it can help you discover the deepest and most satisfying levels of meaning, both in relationship to others and to yourself.”
